1 package pasta of your choice ( I used egg wide noodles)
1 can (26 oz) spaghetti sauce (I used hunts four cheese)
1 bottle, 19 oz tamis anghang banana sauce (catsup)
3 tbsp sugar
roasted chicken ( shredded) or any meat of your choice like ground beef or pork.
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
HOW TO PREPARE:
Prepare the noodles according to package directions.
Heat oil in a pan and saute' garlic and onion.
Add the meat of your choice.
Add the spaghetti sauce, banana sauce, and sugar.
Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until the sauce gets thick.
Season with parsley flakes, salt & pepper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Transfer the noodles into a baking pan.
Stir the sauce. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese are melted.
