- 1 dungeness crab or 8-10 blue crabs, steamed and cracked
- sausage (optional)
- corn (optional), boiled
- 1 1/2 cups / 3 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 head garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (depends on how spicy you want)
- 1 tbsp sugar
