INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Cup HERSHEY'S COCOA POWDER
  • 2 Cups WHITE SUGAR
  • 4 MEDIUM EGGS
  • 1/2 Cup VEGETABLE OIL
  • 2 Cups ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 2 Teaspoons VANILLA
  • 2 Teaspoons BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 Teaspoon SALT
  • 1/2 Cup ICING SUGAR

PROCEDURE:

1. Mix Together HERSHEY'S COCOA POWDER, WHITE SUGAR & VEGETABLE OIL. Beat in MEDIUM EGGS (one at a time), stir VANILLA.
2. Combine the ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER and SALT in other container.
Stir into COCOA MIXTURE. Cover the dough and CHILL for at least 4 hours.
3. Preheat Oven to 175deg C (350deg F). Roll dough into balls (use your palm). Use 1tbsp scoop. Coat each ball in ICING SUGAR before placing onto pan.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let it cool.
