- 2/3 cup Vinegar
- 2 pcs laurel leaf
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp crushed peppercorns
- 2 tsp salt + 1 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 cups water for boiling
- cooking oil for deep frying
