Pineapple Peach Mandarin Popsicle
Canned fruits - mandarin orange, pineapple tidbits, peaches, etc or use fruit cocktail
5 tbsp syrup from the canned fruits
13 ounces evaporated milk
1/4 cup condensed milk - adjust according to your preference
In a large cup, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk and syrup.
Place several slices of fruits into each popsicle container then fill with milk mixture.
Fill a pan or container that is at least as tall as your mold with warm (not hot) water.
Briefly dip the mold in until the pops loosen, about 20 to 30 seconds.
Remove the mold
from the water and place it on a sturdy surface.
*** This recipe yields 6 popsicles.
*** You can also use ice candy bags if popsicle molds are not available.
