Ginisang Sitaw at Kalabasa
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 lb pork, strips or cut into cubes
- 1/4 lb shrimp, shelled
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 shrimp cubes
- string beans cut into 2 inch strips
- 1/2 head squash, peeled and cubed
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce

HOW TO PREPARE CARBONARA:
(Note: For better result, substitute the shrimp cube - Crush the shrimp head using a mortar and pestle. Combine the crushed shrimp heads and 3 cups of water then drain to remove excess shells. |
