Fish Lumpia

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 pc. medium onion chopped
2 cups shredded left-over fish
2 cups grated singkamas (Jicama)
1 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup green peas
1 sachet maggi magic sarap
1 tbsp chopped kinchay
20 pcs small lumpia wrapper
HOW TO COOK FISH LUMPIA:
1. Saute garlic and onion in oil
2. Add fish, singkamas, carrot and green peas
3. Season with maggi magic sarap and add kinchay
4. Transfer in a plate to cool
5. Wrap 2 tbsp of the mixture and fry until golden brown.
***Servings: 4-6
