PORK SISIG is a famous (PULUTAN) in the Philippines. Pulutan is a Filipino term use to accompany with an alcohol drink. Sisig is spicy and fatty (if you have high cholesterol, you need to watch out Lol!) But, I bet you... it's yummy!
You can also eat this with steamed white rice.
