- 1/2 cup green beans, cut into 1/2" length
- 1 cup bean sprout (togue)
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 3 gloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- salt to taste
- cooking oil
- spring roll / lumpia wrapper
