Beef Stir Fry in Tortilla Wrapper
1 lb beef sirloin, cut into strips
1- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp crushed pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup water
1 small red bell pepper, strips
1 small green bell pepper, strips
1 tbsp garlic salt seasoning
avocado, sliced (optional)
flour tortilla for wrapping
HOW TO PREPARE BEEF STIR FRY CAKE:
Marinate beef in soy sauce and crushed pepper for at least an hour.
Saute garlic and onion.
Add the marinated beef. Cook until the beef is tender. Add water when the beef gets dry.
Add garlic salt. Cook for three minutes.
Add the bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add tomatoes.
Warm the flour tortilla as per package direction.
Place a small amount of cooked meat over the warm tortilla.
Top with avocado slices, sour cream and cilantro.
