Parmesan Shrimp Pasta
12-16 oz shrimp (medium or large), tail-on, peeled and deveined
5 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup frozen peas, thawed or green peas from the can.
1/2 tsp dried oregano
7 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
12 oz pasta cooked according to package instructions (I used bowties)
7 tbsp shredded Parmesan Cheese
Dash of ground black pepper
HOW TO PREPARE:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan then add olive oil.
Add green peas and
shrimp. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
Put-in the garlic. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
Gradually add-in the cooked pasta or noodles.
Toss until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Add the oregano, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper.
Toss again until all are well distributed.
Serve with your favorite sides like garlic bread.
