Chicken Pastel

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp galic, chopped
1pc onion chopped
1kl chicken legs or chicken breast
1pc carrots, cubes
1pc potato, cubes
1pc bell pepper, diced
150g. mushroom, quartered
360g. or 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup cheese, grated
1 can vienna sausage, tidbits
salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO COOK CHICKEN PASTEL:
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Saute garlic and onion.
Add chicken. Cook until tender.
Add carrots, potatoes and bell pepper.
Add the mushrooms.
Pour-in cream of mushroom and chicken broth.
Allow to simmer for 5 minuters.
Stir-in vienna sausage and grated cheese.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let it simmer until vegetables are tender.
Serve at once.
