Choco Cookies ala Biboy

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 + 1/8 c white sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp molasses or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp glucose

PROCEDURE:
  • Cream the butter and sugars until well blended. 
  • Add-in the egg, beat well. add the vanilla, molasses and glucose. Mix thoroughly. 
  • Add 1/2 cup of choco chips.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients mix well until you form a soft dough. 
  • With your bare clean hand..form into a ball and line up on a cookie sheet an inch apart.
  • Using a fork occasionally dip into flour (so it won't stick) flatten the ball and the m&m's for the finale. 
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the sides are slightly brown and still soft.
  • Gently transfer to cooling rack.
  • Cool and enjoy!
