Fish Steak
INGREDIENTS:
1 milk fish,
bangus,
cleaned, sliced & fried
1 onion (cut into rings)
cooking oil
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice

HOW TO COOK FISH STEAK:
In a pan or wok, combine water, soy sauce & lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
Add the fried fish.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the onion rings. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve with steamed rice.
