Strawberry-Mango Punch 

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda  

Note: make it a virgin by replacing rum with pinapple juice.

​HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Combine mango, strawberries and rum in  blender. 
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into a pitcher.
  • Stir in soda.
  • Serve over ice.
  • Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
  • Serve with your favorite appetizer. 
  • I served mine with easy homemade beef tacos.
