Ampalaya Ensalada

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo ampalaya (thinly sliced,mashed with salt to remove bitter taste) rinsed and blanched.
5 pcs. tomatoes (each thinly sliced into 6pcs.)
2 pcs. onions (thinly sliced)
5 pcs. eggs (hard boiled, each sliced into 6pcs.)
vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper (mixed to make a sweet-sour-salty salad syrup)
PROCEDURE:
In a bowl mix salad syrup with ampalaya,add onions,tomatoes and eggs.
