​Ampalaya Ensalada

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kilo ampalaya (thinly sliced,mashed with salt to remove bitter taste) rinsed and blanched.
  • 5 pcs. tomatoes (each thinly sliced into 6pcs.)
  • 2 pcs. onions (thinly sliced)
  • 5 pcs. eggs (hard boiled, each sliced into 6pcs.)
  • vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper (mixed to make a sweet-sour-salty salad syrup)
  • ​
PROCEDURE: 
  • In a bowl mix salad syrup with ampalaya,add onions,tomatoes and eggs.
