INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 small pink lady apples (if u want a bit sour use green apples)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 150 grams melted butter
  • 6 sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 egg lightly beaten

HOW TO MAKE APPLE PIE:
  • Slice apples thinly then add all your ingredients but set aside a little bit of butter for later.
  • Cut your pastry into 4 squares and fill the middle with the apples.
  • Wrap like a parcel or if u want bigger pies cut the pastry into two. You can wrap them anyway you want as long as the filling is sealed. Any size will do as well. (See pics below). Adjust the baking time if needed.
  • Brush the pie with beaten egg before baking.
  • Bake at 400 deg F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Brush again with a bit of butter after baking.
  • Sprinkle with a bit of brown sugar on top if you like them sweet.
  • Enjoy!
