Beef in Corn & Cream of Mushroom

Picture
This quick and easy dish is my moms' recipe but she doesn't know what it's called  so I  just named it Beef in Corn & Cream of Mushrooms.  I am sharing this because it is very easy to make and delicious.

We Filipinos loves to to add fish sauce when making a dish or while sauteing the meat. This one doesn't need fish sauce because the cream of mushroom is high sodium content. It will be up to you if you want to saute' with fish sauce but you will need to adjust the water.
