Beef Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb beef top sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 thumb size ginger, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

HOW TO COOK BEEF STIR FRY:
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in large skillet or wok.
  • Saute garlic and ginger. 
  • Add the beef and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
  • Remove from skillet.
  • Using the same pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil.
  • Add carrots and brocolli; cook for 3 minutes. 
  • Add green onions; cook for 1 minute.
  • Add orange juice concentrate, soy sauce and crushed red pepper; toss to coat.
  • Add cooked beef. Cook until heated through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
