HOW TO MAKE BIBINGKA:
NOTE: To make the banana leaf pliable, it is by placing and running the leaf on open flame of stove. Heat up the leaf quickly as it changes color on both sides. Make sure not to burn the leaf and your hand as it is an open flame. I like using my hand doing this but I suggest to use a food tong for safety.
