Kamote Cue

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 ore more sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • brown sugar for coating
  • cooking oil enough for deep frying ​​​ ​
  • ​bamboo sticks (optional)

​HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Preheat oil in work or frying pan. 
  • Peel the sweet potatoes . Slice diagonally into small pieces. 
  • You can coat them with brown sugar or add the yams into hot oil then add the brown sugar.
  • Make sure the sugar sticks to the potatoes by constantly mixing or turning them over using a tong.
  • When cooked, take them one by one and let the oil drip or you can place them on a strainer.
  • You can use a bamboo stick or serve as it is.
