Kamote Cue
INGREDIENTS:
2 ore more sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
brown sugar for coating
cooking oil enough for deep frying
bamboo sticks (optional)

HOW TO PREPARE:
Preheat oil in work or frying pan.
Peel the sweet potatoes . Slice diagonally into small pieces.
You can coat them with brown sugar or
a
dd the yams into hot oil then
a
dd the brown sugar.
Make sure the sugar sticks to the potatoes by constantly mixing or turning them over using a tong.
When cooked, take them one by one and let the oil drip or you can place them on a strainer.
You can use a bamboo stick or serve as it is.
