Corn on the Cob

​INGREDIENTS:
  • Corn on the cob, yellow or white​
  • Margarine
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • ​Pepper​

​HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Shuck fresh corn.
  • Wrap each corn in damp cloth or damp paper towel.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes per ear of corn. (For 2 ears, 6 minutes.)
  • (You can also boil the corn for 5 minutes).
  • Remove from microwave and open carefully. Be careful with the steam.
  • Top with margarine, paprika, salt and pepper. 
  • Enjoy!
