Corn on the Cob
INGREDIENTS:
Corn on the cob, yellow or white
Margarine
Paprika
Salt
Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE:
Shuck fresh corn.
Wrap each corn in damp cloth or damp paper towel.
Microwave for 3 minutes per ear of corn. (For 2 ears, 6 minutes.)
(You can also boil the corn for 5 minutes).
Remove from microwave and open carefully. Be careful with the steam.
Top with margarine, paprika, salt and pepper.
