INGREDIENTS:
1 cup glutinous rice
3 1/2 cups water (add more if needed)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 tsp vanilla
condensed milk for topping

HOW TO PREPARE CHAMPORADO:
Rinse the rice until water runs clear.
In a pot, boil the rice and water.
Bring to a boil, cook in low heat for about 15 minutes (or until the glutinous rice is cooked) while constantly stirring.
Add the cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla.
Cook for another 5 minutes or until the texture becomes thick.
Remove from heat.
Transfer to a serving bowl and t
op with condensed milk.
