Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1kl. chicken (tinola cut)
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp white pepper
2cups all purpose flour
2cups oil
2Tbsp oil (for sauteing)
4Tbsp garlic chopped
2Tbsp ginger strips
1/2cup oyster sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
1pc tofu (fried cut into square)
1cup kutchay (slice into 2 inches)
2bundle pechay leaves(leaves and stalk blanched)
PROCEDURE:
SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
DREDGE IN A FLOUR THEN DEEP FRY IN 2 CUPS OF OIL.(SET ASIDE)
SAUTE GARLIC IN 2TBSP OF OIL.
ADD GINGER, OYSTER SAUCE AND CHICKEN BROTH. SIMMER FOR 2 MINS.
TOSS IN THE CHICKEN AND THE FRIED TOFU UNTIL COVERED WITH SAUCE.
ADD KUTCHAY AND COOK TILL SLIGHTLY WITTED.
ASSEMBLE PECHAY LEAVES INTO A SERVING PLATE AND TOP THE CHICKEN MIXTURE.
