Chicken Stir Fry

                       Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1kl. chicken (tinola cut) 
  • 1/2tsp salt 
  • 1/2tsp white pepper 
  • 2cups all purpose flour 
  • 2cups oil 
  • 2Tbsp oil (for sauteing) 
  • 4Tbsp garlic chopped 
  • 2Tbsp ginger strips 
  • 1/2cup oyster sauce 
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth 
  • 1pc tofu (fried cut into square) 
  • 1cup kutchay (slice into 2 inches) 
  • 2bundle pechay leaves(leaves and stalk blanched) 


PROCEDURE: 
  • SEASON CHICKEN WITH SALT AND PEPPER. 
  • DREDGE IN A FLOUR THEN DEEP FRY IN 2 CUPS OF OIL.(SET ASIDE) 
  • SAUTE GARLIC IN 2TBSP OF OIL.
  • ADD GINGER, OYSTER SAUCE AND CHICKEN BROTH. SIMMER FOR 2 MINS. 
  • TOSS IN THE CHICKEN AND THE FRIED TOFU UNTIL COVERED WITH SAUCE.
  • ADD KUTCHAY AND COOK TILL SLIGHTLY WITTED.
  • ASSEMBLE PECHAY LEAVES INTO A SERVING PLATE AND TOP THE CHICKEN MIXTURE. 
  • SERVE HOT...=)
