Beef Tapa

Recipe update 5/7/19
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
Marinade:
  • 3 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 1/2  tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • cooking oil for frying

​HOW TO PREPARE: 
  • Combine marinade. Stir well..
  • Arrange meat in a container or ziploc bag.
  • Pour marinade. Make sure the beef is fully coated with marinade. 
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight . Turn at least once.
  • In a pan with cooking oil. Fry the marinated beef until lightly brown. 
  • Serve with sunny side up eggs and plain rice or garlic rice. 
  • Enjoy!​​

NOTE: Type and brand of soy sauce will affect the taste of your finished product. Some soy sauce are too salty, some are watery.  Please make sure to get a good quality brand.
