This recipe of Garlic Bok choy is so easy and simple to make. Very delicious and healthy! Best paired with Fried fish, Baked Salmon, Baked Chicken or any dish you prefer.

I think anything with oyster sauce tastes great! Like Kangkong & Tofu in Oyster Sauce  or Beans and Tofu in Oyster Sauce.  I just love it with vegetables. But one suggestion, please choose a good brand. Some inexpensive brands are very dark and salty. I suggest Kikkoman or Lee Kum Kee brands.
