Vegetable Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb pork belly, strips
3 medium sayote (Chayote Squash), strips
4 medium carrots, strips
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 tbsp fish sauce
1/8 tsp ground pepper
2 1/2 cups water
PROCEDURE:
SAUTE GARLIC AND ONION IN 2TBSP OF OIL.
ADD PORK STRIPS. COOK UNTIL PORK TURNS LIGHT BROWN IN COLOR.
ADD FISH SAUCE, CARROTS AND CHAYOTE. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER.
ADD WATER AND SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES.
SEASON WITH GROUND PEPPER.
SERVE HOT.
