Chocolate Crinkles

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Hershey's Cocoa Powder
2 cups granulated sugar
4 medium eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup icing sugar
PROCEDURE:
Mix together cocoa powder, sugar and vegetable oil.
Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Set aside.
On a separate container, combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into cocoa mixture. Mix until well combined.
Cover the dough and chill for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 175deg C (350deg F).
Roll dough into balls (use your palm).
Use 1 tbsp scoop. Coat each ball in icing sugar before placing onto pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let it cool.
Serve and enjoy :)
