Coconut Curry Crab

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs crabs, steamed
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp minced onion
2 thumbs ginger, thinly sliced
2 cans coconut milk
1 tbsp mild curry paste
3-4 pcs. pickled peppers
2 tbsp pepper juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
Steam the crabs. Cut in halves. Set aside.
Saute' garlic, onion and ginger in a pan or wok with cooking oil.
Add the coconut milk. Let it simmer.
Add curry paste, pickled peppers and pepper juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the steamed crabs.
Best served with hot steamed rice.
