Coconut Curry Crab

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 lbs crabs, steamed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 thumbs ginger, thinly sliced
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp mild curry paste
  • 3-4 pcs. pickled peppers
  • 2 tbsp pepper juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil

PROCEDURE: 
  • Steam the crabs. Cut in halves. Set aside.
  • Saute' garlic, onion and ginger in a pan or wok with cooking oil.
  • Add the coconut milk. Let it simmer.
  • Add curry paste, pickled peppers and pepper juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the steamed crabs.
  • Best served with hot steamed rice.
  • Enjoy!
