Creamy Baked Salmon

​INGREDIENTS:
  • Slice of Salmon fillet
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Salt, Pepper, Dried Thyme, Dried Rosemary - for seasoning
Cream sauce:
  • 1/4 cup heavy or sour cream
  • 1/8 cup water
  • Ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried or fresh dill 
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram​ ​

​HOW TO PREPARE:
  • ​Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut 1 sheet of aluminum foil of 15-inch (40cm) length.
  • Combine all ingredients for the garlic cream sauce in a bowl and set aside.
  • Prepare vegetables on a sheet of foil.
  • Season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary. 
  • Place salmon on top of the seasoned vegetables. 
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon over some of the dill cream sauce on top. 
  • Wrap sides of foil then fold up each ends to seal.
  • Transfer to a baking pan.
  • Bake until salmon has cooked through, about 20 minutes (may vary based on the thickness of your salmon fillets).
  • Carefully open foil packets and serve warm with additional dill cream sauce if you want.
  • Enjoy!
