Recipe shared by my Mom (Zeny)
INGREDIENTS:
2 pig ears, boiled, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion
1/2 tsp white sugar
3 tsp siling labuyo, chili pepper, chopped
HOW TO PREPARE:
Boil the pig ears in water until tender. Remove from water. Let it cool.
Slice the pig ears into small pieces or into strips or cubes.
Combine all ingredients together.
Refrigerate and serve.
