INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pig ears, boiled, cubed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 3 tsp siling labuyo, chili pepper, chopped
​
HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Boil the pig ears in water until tender.  Remove from water. Let it cool.
  • Slice the pig ears into small pieces or into strips or cubes.
  • Combine all ingredients together. 
  • Refrigerate and serve. 
  • Best as Pulutan!
