Parmesan Shrimp Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12-16 oz shrimp (medium or large), tail-on, peeled and deveined
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed or green peas from the can.
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 7 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz pasta cooked according to package instructions (I used bowties)
  • 7 tbsp shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Dash of ground black pepper

HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan then add olive oil.
  • Add green peas and shrimp. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
  • Put-in the garlic. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Gradually add-in the cooked pasta or noodles. 
  • Toss until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Add the oregano, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper. 
  • Toss again until all are well distributed.
  • Serve with your favorite sides like garlic bread.
  • Enjoy!
