These Filipino steamed cakes are traditionally served during gatherings but is now an all-time favorite snack. They are easy to make and you can also add different colors if you prefer. There are so many variations on how to make Puto. I find rice flour and coconut milk a good combination and tastes better. I used colorful silicone baking cups in making them.
