Baked Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 package pasta of your choice   ( I used egg wide noodles)
  • 1 can (26 oz) spaghetti sauce     (I used hunts four cheese)
  • 1 bottle, 19 oz tamis anghang banana sauce (catsup)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • roasted chicken ( shredded) or any meat of your choice like ground beef or pork.
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Prepare the noodles according to package directions.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute' garlic and onion.
  • Add the meat of your choice. 
  • Add the spaghetti sauce, banana sauce, and sugar.
  • Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally for 15 minutes or until the sauce gets thick.
  • Season with parsley flakes, salt & pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Transfer the noodles into a baking pan.
  • Stir the sauce. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese are melted.
  • Enjoy!​
