INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 clove garlic minced/chopped
  • 1 pc. onion chopped
  • 3 pcs. tomatoes chopped
  • 1 kilo squid
  • salt/pepper 
  • squid heads(eyes removed), chopped 
​
PROCEDURE:
  • Saute garlic,onion,tomatoes and chopped squid heads,add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Set aside,let it cool.
  • Fill the squids with the mixture and deep fry.
