INGREDIENTS:
1 clove garlic minced/chopped
1 pc. onion chopped
3 pcs. tomatoes chopped
1 kilo squid
salt/pepper
squid heads(eyes removed), chopped
PROCEDURE:
Saute garlic,onion,tomatoes and chopped squid heads,add salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside,let it cool.
Fill the squids with the mixture and deep fry.
