​Avocado Dip

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 small ripe hass avocados, peeled & pitted
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves 
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp tapatio or hot sauce
  • salt to taste

HOW TO PREPARE AVOCADO DIP:
  • In a small bowl, mash avocados until smooth. 
  • Stir in tomatoes, onion, lime juice, hot sauce and salt to taste.
  • Serve with chips. (I suggest Tostitos with a hint of lime).
  • Enjoy!!!
