Avocado Toast Recipe

​​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pepper flakes​ ​
  • 2 eggs, poached or fried
  • 2 slices bread, white or whole grain, toasted

HOW TO PREPARE:
  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado and combine with lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • ​Spread the mixture on each toasted bread.
  • Top with egg.
  • Sprinkle with pepper flakes if desired.
  • Enjoy this yummy and healthy breakfast treat!
