​Beef in Corn and Asparagus 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced cut in strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 pieces asparagus, trimmed, sliced diagonally 
  • 10 pieces baby corn
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

​HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan or wok.
  • Add the beef and cook over high heat. Cook until the beef changes color.
  • Add garlic then onion until translucent.  
  • Pour in the soy sauce. Stir. 
  • Add the asparagus. Cook until it tender. About 1 minute.
  • Add baby corns and cook until heated through.
  • Add the oyster sauce and crushed pepper.
  • Stir until sauce is well blended.
  • Best served with hot steamed rice.
