Beef Mechado

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kilo beef 
  • 3 pieces potatoes 
  • 1 red capsicum (red bell pepper) 
  • 2 tbs. soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp vinegar 
  • Onion and garlic 
  • Whole black pepper 
  • Tomato sauce 
  • Butter 

​PROCEDURE:
  • Boil beef in onion, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce until beef becomes tender.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Fry potatoes and beef in butter. Set aside.
  • In another pan combine tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water and sauce from the boiled beef.
  • Add the beef, potatoes and capsicum and cook for few minutes.
  • Taste and add little seasoning as u like.
  • Enjoy :)
