INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork belly (cut into small strips)
1 can (14oz) coconut milk
onion (finely chopped)
garlic (minced)
10 pcs green chile (sili pansigang)
salt
PROCEDURE:
Saute garlic & onion then add the pork.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Add the coconut milk and simmer for 20 mins or until the pork is tender.
Add the green chile and salt to taste.
Serve hot with white rice.
