INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 kilo pork belly (cut into small strips)
  • 1 can (14oz) coconut milk
  • onion (finely chopped)
  • garlic (minced)
  • 10 pcs green chile (sili pansigang)
  • salt 
​

PROCEDURE:
 
  • Saute garlic & onion then add the pork.
  • Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Add the coconut milk and simmer for 20 mins or until the pork is tender.
  • Add the green chile and salt to taste.
  • Serve hot with white rice.
