Buttered Tilapia in Evaporated Milk

​HOW TO COOK BUTTERED TILAPIA:
  • Saute garlic,onion and ginger in butter. Add a small amount of water and let it boil.
  • Add the fish (tilapia) until it's cooked, together with pechay.
  • Pour a cup of evaporated milk.
  • Add seasoning to taste..then,its done!:)
