Cheesecake Pastries

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 cup butter (melted)
  • Cinnamon & sugar

PROCEDURE:
  • Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
  • Place 2/3 pastry of the 1st sheet on bottom of pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. ( I used a hand mixer ).
  • Spread mixture over pastry.
  • Place another 2/3 pastry of the 2nd sheet over the mixture.
  • Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. 
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Serve warm.​ ​
*** This puff pastry comes with two (2) pastry sheets in a box. Use only 2/3 of each pastry sheets.
