​Chicken Curry

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kilo chicken
  • 1 cup coconut milk (gata)
  • 1 onion,minced
  • half clove garlic,minced
  • ginger,minced
  • 2 tbsp chicken curry (mckormick)(depends on ur taste)
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder (mckormick)
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (mckormick)
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (mckormick)
  • fish sauce
  • pepper
  • green and red bell pepper
  • potato
  • carrots
  • chili (birds eye,siling pula)

PROCEDURE:
  • 1. Fry chicken, set aside.
  • 2. Fry carrots, set aside.
  • 3. Fry potatoes, set aside.
  • 4. Saute onion,garlic and ginger.
  • 5. Add chicken, saute.
  • 6. Add mckormicks (flavorings) cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • 7. Add coconut milk 6-10 minutes.
  • 8. Add pepper.
  • 9. Add potatoes and carrots cook for 3 minutes.
  • 10. Add bell peppers another 3 minutes 
  • 11. Add on chili ,
  • 12. Adjust seasonings/flavorings
  • 13. Serve with steamed rice.
