Fried Suman with Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6-8 pieces day-old suman 
  • cooking oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

HOW TO PREPARE:
  • Stir together the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil in non-stick pan.
  • Fry the suman over high heat, turning often for even browning.
  • Drain on paper towel.
  • Sprinkle the fried suman with cinnmon-sugar-nutmeg mixture.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
