Coconut Mandarin Popsicle
INGREDIENTS:
Canned Mandarin Oranges - drained or fresh
13 ounce can Coconut Milk or use Coconut milk in carton
add sugar if desired
Tool needed: Popsicle molds

To prepare:
Place several slices of Mandarin Oranges into each popsicle container.
Shake the coconut milk and slowly pour it into each mold.
Freeze overnight.
Note: You can add some sugar or honey but I prefer mine low in calories.
Unmolding:
Fill a pan or container that is at least as tall as your mold with warm (not hot) water.
Briefly dip the mold in until the pops loosen, about 20 to 30 seconds.
Remove the mold
from the water and place it on a sturdy surface.
This recipe yields 6 popsicles.
