Coconut Mandarin Popsicle

​​INGREDIENTS:
​
  • Canned Mandarin Oranges - drained or fresh 
  • 13 ounce can Coconut Milk or use Coconut milk in carton
  • add sugar if desired​

Tool needed: Popsicle molds

​​​To prepare:
  • Place several slices of Mandarin Oranges into each popsicle container.
  • Shake the coconut milk and slowly pour it into each mold.
  • Freeze overnight.​
  • Note: You can add some sugar or honey but I prefer mine low in calories.
​
  • Unmolding:
  • Fill a pan or container that is at least as tall as your mold with warm (not hot) water.
  • Briefly dip the mold in until the pops loosen, about 20 to 30 seconds. 
  • Remove the mold from the water and place it on a sturdy surface. ​
This recipe yields 6 popsicles.
