Fried Banana Plantain

INGREDIENTS:
  • 5 ore more saba (Cardaba banana or plantain) peeled and sliced
  • brown sugar for coating
  • cooking oil enough for deep frying ​

​HOW TO MAKE FRIED BANANA:
  • Preheat oil in work or frying pan. 
  • Peel bananas. Slice diagonally into small pieces. 
  • You can coat them with brown sugar or add the bananas into hot oil then add the brown sugar.
  • Make sure the sugar sticks to the banana by constantly mixing or turning them over using a tong.
  • When cooked, take them one by one and let the oil drip or you can place them on a strainer.
  • Serve and enjoy!​​
