Garlic Green Beans Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb green beans, washed trimmed
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO PREPARE:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil to blanch the green beans.
When the water comes to a boil add the green beans and let simmer for about 2 minutes.
Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking.
Drain and set aside.
In large skillet, saute' garlic in butter.
Add the green beans, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite fish or meat.
