Ginisang Sardinas

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can (15oz) mackerel sardines, I used Ligo Sardines
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced    
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce    
  • 1 tbsp calamansi / lemon juice
  • cooking oil for sauteing

HOW TO COOK GINISANG SARDINAS:
  • Heat cooking oil In a pan or wok,.
  • Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  • Add the sardines, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with hot steamed white rice.
  • Enjoy!​
***Note: You can purchase the spicy one or if using a regular one, add a little bit of hot sauce. :)
