​Fish Lumpia

INGREDIENTS: 
  • 2 tbsp oil 
  • 2 cloves garlic minced 
  • 1 pc. medium onion chopped 
  • 2 cups shredded left-over fish 
  • 2 cups grated singkamas (Jicama)
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup green peas 
  • 1 sachet maggi magic sarap 
  • 1 tbsp chopped kinchay
  • 20 pcs small lumpia wrapper​


​HOW TO COOK FISH LUMPIA:
  • 1. Saute garlic and onion in oil
  • 2. Add fish, singkamas, carrot and green peas
  • 3. Season with maggi magic sarap and add kinchay 
  • 4. Transfer in a plate to cool 
  • 5. Wrap 2 tbsp of the mixture and fry until golden brown.
  • ***Servings: 4-6
