Oven-Baked Spare Ribs

INGREDIENTS:
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper (or chili powder)
2 lbs pork spare ribs
5 tbsp barbeque sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soysauce
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp ground black pepper
PROCEDURE:
Combine the sugar, salt, and crushed red pepper (or chili powder) and mix well.
Put-in the garlic, worcestershire sauce or soysauce, barbeque sauce, and ground black pepper then mix it well.
Pour into the spareribs. Marinate for 3 hours.
Drain all the sauce from the spareribs and place them in a sauce pan.
Set aside the marinated sauce from the spareribs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 30-45 minutes on both sides of the spareribs until dark brown.
While the spareribs is in the oven, brush the spareribs with the sauce.
Remove the Spareribs from the oven.
Serve and Enjoy!
