Oven-Baked Spare Ribs

​INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed red pepper (or chili powder)
  • 2 lbs pork spare ribs
  • 5 tbsp barbeque sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soysauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper

PROCEDURE:
 
  • Combine the sugar, salt, and crushed red pepper (or chili powder) and mix well.
  • Put-in the garlic, worcestershire sauce or soysauce, barbeque sauce, and ground black pepper then mix it well. 
  • Pour into the spareribs. Marinate for 3 hours.
  • Drain all the sauce from the spareribs and place them in a sauce pan.
  • Set aside the marinated sauce from the spareribs.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake for 30-45 minutes on both sides of the spareribs until dark brown.
  • While the spareribs is in the oven, brush the spareribs with the sauce.
  • Remove the Spareribs from the oven.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
